Welcome to CoMarket.ing. By accessing or using our platform, API, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Platform Use and Eligibility
CoMarket.ing is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform designed to facilitate co-marketing partnerships. By registering, you warrant that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity and have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. The platform is not intended for consumer or non-commercial use.
2. Account Integration and Data Accuracy
2.1 CRM Integrations
When you authorize CoMarket.ing to connect to your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., via OAuth 2.0), you grant us limited read-access strictly for the purposes of cryptographic account mapping and overlap analysis. You retain full ownership of your data.
2.2 Accuracy of ICP Data
Our AI-powered matching relies on the accuracy of the product descriptions and target audience information you provide. You agree to provide accurate, non-misleading information regarding your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
3. Partnership Conduct
CoMarket.ing facilitates introductions and data mapping between companies. When engaging with matched partners, you agree to:
- Maintain professionalism and good faith in all co-marketing negotiations.
- Respect the confidentiality of overlap data and prospective lead information shared through the platform.
- Not use the platform to perform competitive intelligence gathering against direct competitors. (Our automated filters attempt to prevent competitor matching, but you are strictly prohibited from bypassing these filters via deceptive ICP descriptions.)
4. Subscription and Payments
CoMarket.ing operates on a volume-based subscription model starting at $20 per month. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to suspend API access or platform usage if accounts fall into arrears.
5. API Usage
If you utilize our Developer API, SDKs, or Webhooks, you agree to abide by our API rate limits. Abusive, excessive, or malicious API calls (including attempts to scrape partner directories or reverse-engineer the AI matching algorithm) will result in immediate API key revocation and account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
CoMarket.ing provides the match scoring and overlap analytics "as-is." While our algorithms identify high-probability partnership fits, we do not guarantee that any partnership will result in specific lead volumes or revenue. CoMarket.ing is not liable for outcomes resulting from co-marketing campaigns executed between you and your partners.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform interface or via email prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
