Privacy Policy
At CoMarket.ing ("we," "our," or "us"), privacy isn't just a policy—it's the core architecture of our co-marketing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information, particularly regarding our CRM integration and account mapping features.
1. Information We Collect
When you use CoMarket.ing to discover and collaborate with partners, we collect the following types of information:
1.1 Account Information
- User Data: Name, email address, company name, role, and billing information.
- Company Profile: Target audience details, product descriptions, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) vectors, and technology stack information used for AI partner matching.
1.2 CRM and Integration Data
When you connect your CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) via OAuth 2.0, we process data based strictly on the permissions you grant and the inclusion/exclusion filters you configure:
- Hashed Identifiers: We use cryptographic hashing (e.g., SHA-256) on email domains and identifiers before performing the overlap analysis.
- Segment Data: Information about which population segment a record belongs to (e.g., "Prospect," "Open Opportunity," "Customer") to facilitate accurate mapping.
Crucial Note: Your raw CRM data never leaves your secure environment unless you explicitly authorize a data share with a specific, approved partner.
2. How We Use Account Mapping Data
Our secure account mapping feature is designed with a "zero-trust" overlap architecture:
- Anonymous Overlaps: By default, partners only see aggregate overlap counts (e.g., "We have 142 shared prospects"). No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) or company identities are revealed without dual consent.
- Authorized Sharing: Only when both parties mutually agree to escalate a partnership do we facilitate the sharing of specific lead information (like domain names or enriched company profiles), and strictly within the segments approved by both parties.
3. AI Matching and Data Privacy
We use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to generate ICP vectors for partner matching. This process uses publicly available firmographic data and the generalized product descriptions you provide. We do not use your proprietary CRM data or customer lists to train our foundational models or improve the matching algorithm for other users.
4. Data Security and Storage
We implement enterprise-grade security measures:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- We conduct regular third-party penetration testing.
- Access to production databases is strictly limited to authorized personnel via zero-trust network access (ZTNA).
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and associated CRM linkages (the "right to be forgotten").
- Revoke OAuth CRM access at any time, which instantly terminates our ability to process new overlaps for your account.
6. Contact Us
